Radial Inductor Virus (2014)

The materials used in this sculpture are radial inductors from 30 PC power supplies attached to an 50mm truncated icosahedron printed on a 3D printer.

The sculpture is a representation of the HIV1 virus; it is icosahedral and it has 72 nodules.
