On the bottom you will find the random/off/sequential 3-setting switch. This switch is located directly in the middle with a finger-sized indent that can be easily found without looking.
The compartment for the replaceable is also easily accessible from the bottom. The battery is a CR2032 lithium that can be found at most convenience stores.
